But LastPass for Windows Phone Click on the LastPass icon and select Open My Vault. In the left column, select Account Settings, then Multifactor Options. Click the pencil icon to the right of LastPass Authenticator and follow the instructions. You could also select Google Authenticator and get pretty much the same result, I think.
